Change management is an important part of an effective software rollout. Project teams often operate in isolation from centralised functions, which means there needs to be a documented set of minimum expectations and requirements from the quality management team, to ensure that Projects successfully deliver minimum expectations on site.

To ensure there is clear messaging between centralised functions, and the project team, we recommend establishing a Project Implementation Plan, which covers minimum expectations regarding:

  1. Project Member Set-up

  2. Location Tree Structure

  3. Project Template Management

  4. Issue Management Configuration

  5. Milestones

  6. Training and Onboarding of new project team members

  7. Training and Onboarding of subcontractors

  8. Resources

  9. Support

Visibuild has a basic template that outlines a starting position for the key topics that should be covered as part of this plan which an be found attached to this article. Customers are encouraged to take this document, and edit it to suit the specific requirements of your company.

Our team is available to support with any questions or suggestions.
