Method 1:
To add a Visi within the inspection, click the blue + button next to 'Checklist'.
Follow the above from step 2 - 12.
Method 2:
You could also open SPIF by clicking any child Visi, and hit the + button on the top right or hit Add Visi at the bottom of the checklist.
