How to Use Filters in the Tickets Table

The Fields that can be filtered in the Tickets Table view include:

  1. Ticket Status

  2. Ticket Priority

  3. Project

  4. Creation Date

  5. Days since created

  6. Closed date

  7. Archived tickets

Users can also use a search tool to find tickets, and use sorting to refine their data sets even further

Note: The widgets for Pending, Open, Closed, Declined, Estimated Cost and Actual Cost will update as you apply Filters to the Tickets Table

Below is a short video demonstrating the different filtering options, as well as the search button and sorting features

How to Export Tickets to CSV

Users can also use the export function to download a CSV of their tickets. The CSV will download according to which filters have been applied, and which Tickets have been selected. The below video is an example of applying the desired filters, selecting specific tickets, and the 2 ways to export the CSV
