We’re making it faster and easier for project teams to build out their template libraries and workflows.
You can now generate Visibuild templates directly from your existing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) or Checklists (ITCs).
Simply upload your document — PDF, Excel, or Word — and VisiAI will analyse it and draft a template automatically, complete with tasks, descriptions, and suggested requirements.
⚠️ Beta feature: Results may vary depending on the quality and structure of your file.
🪄 How to generate from a file
Go to Project setup → Templates
Click New template → “Generate from File”
Upload your ITP or ITC document (PDF, Excel, or Word)
Review the draft generated by VisiAI, including:
Title
Tasks and descriptions
Suggested requirements
Edit and publish once you’re happy with the content.
⚠️ Review before publishing
VisiAI helps you get started faster, but it doesn’t replace your review process.
Before using a generated template:
Check that all tasks, descriptions, and requirements are accurate and complete
Remove or update anything that doesn’t align with your QA standards
Remember, Visibuild cannot verify automatically generated content — your team remains responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance.
💡 Tips for best results
Use clean, text-based documents (avoid scanned images)
Remove unnecessary pages such as cover sheets, appendices, or sign-offs
If your ITP includes multiple checklists, split them into separate files and upload one at a time
Shorter, well-structured documents typically generate better results.
Why it matters
Save time: Automating even half of template creation can save hours on large projects.
Reduce admin: Spend less time copying from spreadsheets or PDFs.
Improve consistency: Create standardised templates that align with your QA processes.
Faster onboarding: New projects can go live in minutes, not days
