Post completion reports give you a ready made view of how your projects, team and partners are tracking — without exporting a single ticket to a spreadsheet. Find them under Reports > Post completion, where you'll see three report cards: Project and team progress, partner performance, and root cause and common trends.
Why these reports?
These reports let company admins easily track their tickets across projects and selected time frames without needing to pull data from spreadsheets or projects. Each different report answers a question you'd otherwise be piecing together manually every month: how are our projects tickets and team going, what kind of issues keep coming up and which partners are pulling their weight. Every report can be filtered, exported to PDF, or scheduled to be emailed automatically on a recurring basis.
1. Project and team progress
Monitor how your internal teams are progressing on post completion defects.
This report gives you a project-by-project breakdown of ticket activity, plus how your team is keeping up with the workload:
Ticket status by project — closed vs open tickets per project, comparing the last 4 weeks against the previous period.
Ticket status and resolution rate by project — a table showing Pending, Open, Resolved, Closed and Declined counts per project, along with median resolution rate.
Resolved tickets by team member — who's closing out tickets and how that compares to the previous period.
Open tickets by days since created — bucketed by age (e.g. 0-30 days) so ageing tickets stand out, broken down by project.
Open tickets by priority — Urgent, High, Medium, Low and No priority, broken down by project.
2. Partner performance
Understand how your partners across all projects are closing out post completion defects assigned to them.
Alongside the usual Period and Projects filters, this report adds a Companies filter so you can narrow the view down to one or a handful of partners.
Defect completion by partner — a stacked view of Open, In review and Closed defects per partner, comparing the last 4 weeks against the previous period.
Defect status and close-out rate by partner — a table showing Open, Closed and Total counts per partner, along with Total % and median close-out time in days.
Defects assigned to partners — the same partner breakdown, split out by project so you can see which projects are driving each partner's numbers.
Tickets by responsible party — a ranked view of ticket counts per partner, comparing the last 4 weeks against the previous period so you can spot which parties are trending up or down.
Actual cost by responsible party — total rectification cost per partner, split out by project.
3. Root cause and common trends
Understand the most common ticket categories and their underlying root causes.
This report pulls back from individual tickets to show the patterns underneath:
Tickets by categories — e.g. Water Ingress & Leaks, Plumbing & Drainage, Electrical & Lighting, Painting & Plastering — comparing the last 4 weeks against the previous period, broken down by project.
Tickets by root cause — e.g. Poor design details, Ignored ITP — showing what's actually driving the defects behind each category.
Tickets by responsible party — a ranked breakdown of ticket counts per partner (e.g. concreters or engineers ), comparing the last 4 weeks against the previous period so you can spot which parties are trending up or down.
Actual cost by root cause — total rectification cost grouped by root cause (e.g. Ignored ITP, Poor design details), split out by project so you can see which projects are carrying the most cost for each root cause.
Filtering reports
Every report has a Period and Projects filter at the top (Partner performance also adds a Companies filter). Selected filters show as chips (e.g. "This week", "Capital Towers") that you can remove individually by clicking the x, and most widgets on the report will update to reflect your selection.
Exporting a report
Use the Export PDF button at the top of any report to download a copy matching what's on screen. You can also hit Schedule to have a report automatically generated and emailed on a recurring basis — scheduled reports appear under the Scheduled reports section on the main Reports page.
