Visi Champion Essentials is a set of five self-paced training courses, each built around a specific part of Visibuild and the people who use it most. Rather than one long course covering everything, we have split the training by role, so a foreman on site, an admin setting up the company, and a quality manager running reports each get a course that matches what they actually do.

Using Visibuild in the Field
Best for: Supervisors, foremen, and tradespeople.
The day-to-day of using Visibuild on site: finding your work, completing inspections and checklists, capturing photos and evidence as you go, raising issues, and closing out work from your phone. If most of your Visibuild time happens in a hi-vis rather than at a desk, start here.
Company Set-up
Best for: Company admins, quality managers, and anyone overseeing a rollout across the whole business.
How to get your company environment right from the start: managing users and permissions, building and maintaining your company template library, and putting the foundations in place so every new project kicks off consistent. Good setup at company level saves hours on every project that follows.
Managing Tickets on Visibuild
Best for: Post-completion managers and post-completion coordinators.
Everything you need to run the post-completion process: logging tickets, assigning them to the right trade, keeping everyone informed along the way, and tracking each item through to close-out during the defects liability period.
Tracking and Reporting on Visibuild
Best for: Quality managers, project coordinators, supervisors, and project-level users tracking quality across the whole job.
How to get real visibility across a project: filtering and searching visis, using trackers and dashboards, and pulling the reports that show what is complete, what is outstanding, and where the risks sit.
