By the end of this article you'll be able to invite new members to your company, add them to projects, grant or revoke company admin access, and remove members who have left.
This can only be accessed by a Company Admin.
Navigate to company setup
Switch from the Project space to the Company space to access all company-level settings including member management.
Invite members to your company
Click Invite or + Invite member and enter the person's email address. During the invite flow, select which projects they should be added to. You can always update their project access later by clicking the three dots next to their name and selecting Edit project access.
Grant or revoke company admin access
To give someone access to managing members, templates, and projects at the company level, click the three dots next to their name and select Make company admin. To remove that access, select Revoke company admin access.
Remove a member from your company
If someone has left, click the three dots next to their name and select Remove. Any Visis assigned to them will remain assigned, and all their past activity stays visible in the platform.
