Understanding Your dashboard data at the Company Level

How to access and use the Company Dashboard to monitor QA performance, compare projects, and track open defects across your entire portfolio. For Company Admins only.

Written by Louis Grist

By the end of this article you'll understand how to access and use the Company Dashboard to monitor quality performance across all your active projects from a single view.

Note: The Company Dashboard is only accessible by Company Admins.

What the Company Dashboard shows you

The Company Dashboard provides a high-level, centralised overview of quality performance across all your projects. Designed for management and executive teams, it aggregates real-time data from every active project into one place.

Key data points include:

  • Project comparison across your portfolio

  • Visi status by project

  • Number of open defects

  • Active user statistics

How to access the Company Dashboard

Interacting with the Dashboard

The Company Dashboard is highly interactive. You can filter through data sets for each project and click directly into the detail behind any metric.

For example, clicking Skipped Hold Points in the project comparison tab will take you into that project and filter for all tasks where a hold point was skipped by a user — so you can act on the data immediately rather than just read it.
