Using Filters in the Tickets Table

This article explains how Filters can be used to help you manage your Tickets from the Tickets Table view.

The Fields that can be filtered in the Tickets Table view include:

  1. Ticket Status

  2. Ticket Priority

  3. Project

  4. Creation Date

Note: The widgets for Pending, Open, Closed, Declined, Estimated Cost and Actual Cost will update as you apply Filters to the Tickets Table
