Creating a Ticket using the Tickets Portal

How to use the tickets portal to create a Ticket against a Project.

The Tickets Portal is a publicly accessible link which can be used to create a Ticket to your Tickets Table.

Accessing the Tickets Portal link

To access the Tickets Portal link follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to your Project

  2. Select "Project Setup"

  3. Select "Tickets"

  4. Copy the Portal Link

Please note, we suggest customising the locations shown in your Tickets Portal prior to providing the link to end users. Please refer to our page on Tickets Location Set-up using the button below.


Creating a Ticket on the Tickets Portal

Once you have access to the link, creating a Ticket is very easy. Users are required to complete the following fields:

  1. Location (Searchable)

  2. Title (Text)

  3. Description (Optional Text)

  4. Attachment(s)

  5. Name

  6. Email

  7. Phone
