The Tickets Portal leverages the Project Location Tree to categorise Tickets in to the correct location.
Often, not all project locations are relevant to the Tickets Portal, therefore, Visibuild gives you the ability to customise which Locations you wish to be shown within the Tickets Portal location drop down menu.
Note: Please ensure Tickets is turned on for the Project before trying to set-up the Tickets Portal:
To customise the Locations which show up in the Tickets Portal, follow these steps:
Navigate to Project Set-up > Tickets
Navigate to "Locations Portal"
Select all the Locations you want to show up within the Tickets Portal
The Tickets Portal now has only the selected locations in the drop down
