Toggling on the Tickets Portal for your Project

Learn how to turn the Tickets Portal on for the Project that you're setting up for Post Completion Management.

Tickets is an additional module over and above the base product. If you are not yet a Tickets "Customer" please contact our sales team using the "Request Demo" button on our website.


By default the Tickets Module is turned "off" for all Projects. To turn on Tickets for your project you'll need to be a Company Admin and follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to your Company page using the "Company Toggle"

  2. Select "Company set-up"

  3. Select "Projects"

  4. Toggle Tickets on for the Project's you need turned on
