Toggling on the Tickets Portal for your Project

Learn how to turn the Tickets Portal on for the Project that you're setting up for Post Completion Management.

Tickets is an additional module over and above the base product. If you are not yet a Tickets "Customer" please contact our sales team using the "Request Demo" button on our website.


Turn tickets on for multiple projects in bulk (Company Admin)

By default the Tickets Module is turned "off" for all Projects. Company admins have the ability to turn tickets on for multiple projects at once

  1. Navigate to your Company page using the "Company Toggle"

  2. Select Company set-up

  3. Select Projects

  4. Toggle Tickets on for the Project's you need turned on

Turn tickets on for individual projects (Project Admin)

Project admins can turn tickets on for their individual projects

  1. Navigate to your Project Setup tab

  2. Select "Company set-up"

  3. Select "Projects"

  4. Toggle Tickets on for the Project's you need turned on
