Turn tickets on for multiple projects in bulk (Company Admin)
By default the Tickets Module is turned "off" for all Projects. Company admins have the ability to turn tickets on for multiple projects at once
Navigate to your Company page using the "Company Toggle"
Select Company set-up
Select Projects
Toggle Tickets on for the Project's you need turned on
Turn tickets on for individual projects (Project Admin)
Project admins can turn tickets on for their individual projects
Navigate to your Project Setup tab
Select "Company set-up"
Select "Projects"
Toggle Tickets on for the Project's you need turned on
