Visibuild has two platforms: the Web App accessed in your computer browser and the Mobile App accessed on your phone.
If you've never logged in before, you will need to be sent a welcome email to the platform. This can be done by your Company Admin or a Project Admin on your project. Once this is done, you will receive an invite email from Visibuild that contains a link to setup your account.
Web app
To login to the Web App visit https://app.visibuild.com.au/ or click the link below.
Mobile App
Download the mobile app on your phone and enter your credentials to login.
Forgotten Password or Change your Password
If you have forgotten your password for Visibuild or you want to change it you have the ability to reset your password on either Mobile and Web.
On Mobile (Changing Password)
Navigate to your account settings, which is located on the top right of your screen under your initials.
Once you hit on your initials, you will be taken to the settings page of the mobile app where you will then see the option to 'Change password'. Once you hit that, you will be prompted to change your password
On Web (Forgotten Password)
If you have forgotten your password when trying to login to Visibuild on web, you will see the link 'Forgot password?' on the bottom right. Once you hit that link you will be asked to input the email you used for your initial login where you will then be sent an email that will take you through the process of resetting/updating your password.
