Setting your project up for success in the early stages allows you to effectively track and manage the status of your project. If you know ahead of time that you are going to have 20 concrete slab pours on the project for example, then why not create all of those slab inspections in one go.
So, how's it done?
Choose your template
Pick the template you want to use across different locations.
Search & select your desired locations
Choose one or more locations for your template creation. Exciting news – now you can effortlessly select all children locations with just one click! Hover your mouse over the parent location, and you'll see the option to '+ Select children'.
Hit create and wrap it up
When you're ready to roll, hit the create button as you normally would. Voilà! Your Visis are now ready to use!
Create multiple inspections to one location and rename each inspections
You can now create multiple inspection to the same location in bulk.
Creating 40 panel inspections on Level 3? You're no longer stuck creating them one at a time. Set the count for each location and Visibuild will create that many Visis in one go — up to 50 per location.
Each Visi is auto-numbered off the template name so you're never left with a wall of identical titles — think "Panel Inspection (1)", "Panel Inspection (2)", "Panel Inspection (3)" and so on.
Rename before you create
Want more specific names than the auto-numbering gives you? On the confirmation screen, rename any of the Visis before they're created — no need to go back and edit them individually afterwards.
Setting a count and renaming on the confirmation screen is only available when deploying a single template at a time and from the web app.
