Navigating Visibuild with the Web app

Discover all of the available features on the Visibuild Web application.

Swap projects easily with the project selector. If you are on multiple projects this will allow you to quickly get to where you need to be.

Gives you a status breakdown by location and trade of all the visis across your project.

Your List is unique to each user. The data in your list is categorised into items that are assigned to:

You, Your Company and Assigned to others.

You are able to see High Priority items at the top which include:

Items that are Overdue, Due soon and Ready for review.

Click on each tab to get the breakdown of outstanding items in each category.

From the Project Setup page, admins can manage the following:

Track an inspection across your entire project on one page. The interactive tracker allows you to quickly and easily see if any key checks are missed, giving you complete project visibility like never before.

The multi-template tracker simplifies your inspection process by bringing all Visis created from templates into a single, easy-to-manage view. With customisable filters and views, you can track specific templates and trades across chosen locations -giving you greater visibility, control, and confidence in project delivery.

Track progress across the entire project or a specific area quickly and easily by utilising Milestones. Live status updates are generated by the project team or subcontractors.

This is where all the action happens on Visibuild. From a location page you can create, review and complete inspections.

There are also various filters to further sort the data on your project. Use these methods of data sorting to gather insights on your projects.
