Home Page
Visibuild's mobile home page will open you to your last active project on the app (that's if your are operating on multiple projects). In this case the project is called Visi Place. From here you can:
Create a Visi (Inspection, Task, Issue or NCR)
Drill through your Location Tree
Access Your list
Search the project for Visis or Locations
Access settings
Switch projects
Drilling through location tree workflow
When you hit the top of the your location tree, in this case Visi Towers, you will see everything (Attachments, Visis & Milestones) across all locations on the project, updated by most recent.
Finding inspections workflow
This video shows the usual daily workflow that subcontractors or head contractors use to find inspections that have already been started and to complete them.
Don't need to see all the locations in your tree? Simply click 'Hide empty' to condense your page to only locations that have Visis related to you. For more information. refer to our help article.
Using the filters to your advantage
There can be a lot of data on the project, and the filters make it easier and quicker to find what you're looking for. Search by status, visit type, location, assignees, or specific template.
Your List and Recents
Every user has a unique login to Visibuild, and therefore has a unique Your List and Recents page. Your List allows you to pickup where you left off, see high priority Visis or new Visis created by categorises the data into items that are assigned to:
You, Your Company and Assigned to others.
The Recents page will allow you to quickly jump back into a Visi you were just working on.
Create a Visi
Out in the field and need to complete an inspection? or close out an issue?
Simply hit the big blue + button at the bottom of your screen. Refer to our help article:
Search the Project
Quickly search for a Visi or location on your project by navigating by hitting the 'Search' button on the bottom right of you screen.
Project Switcher
If you are operating on more than one project, you can easily switch between projects. Just click the project name at the very top of your page to give you the list of projects your account is active on.

To access your mobile settings, hit your initials on the top right of your page. From here you have access to:
