The multi-template tracker simplifies your inspection process by bringing all Visis created from templates into a single, easy-to-manage view. With customisable filters and views, you can track specific templates and trades across chosen locations -giving you greater visibility, control, and confidence in project delivery.
Accessing the tracker
You can access the Multi-template tracker from the left-hand navigation bar, as shown below.
You’ll be taken to an overview of all project templates, organised by company and spanning every location within your project.
From here, you can customise your view by choosing which templates to track, setting the order they appear in, and selecting the locations you want to monitor.
Template Selection:
To select the templates you want to track, click on Templates within the available filters and choose the ones you’d like to include.
Once you’ve made your selection, you can reorder the templates in your tracker to match the sequence of works on site.
To do this, go to Display options > View order by and select Custom order.
From Display options, you can also toggle on additional settings to further customise how your tracker is displayed:
Locations:
To track specific locations, open Locations within the available filters, and pick the areas you want to include in your view.
Final Product
Your final view will display the selected templates and locations in your chosen order, along with their statuses for a clear snapshot of project activity.
After customising your view, click Save view (or Update view if you’re editing an existing one) in the top-right corner. You can create and save as many views as you need.
Understanding Your Tracker View
Clicking on any cell will open the sidebar, where you can view all Visis created for that location.
From here, you can also open the Visi in full view by selecting the title.
Legend:
Refer to the legend above to understand the colour codes and icons used within the tracker.
The red-highlighted number in the cells show how many Visis in that location Require attention, either because they are Due soon or overdue.
