Visibuild now offers the ability to receive email notifications in the form of an email digest. This feature helps keep you informed about outstanding QA on your projects.
By default, email digests are sent weekly and include updates from every project you are a part of.
These updates include:
All Visis that are currently Open / In progress
These are further categorised by:Ready for review
Overdue
Due soon
You will receive an individual digest for each selected project.
You have full control over your email preferences, including:
Cadence: Choose to receive digests daily, weekly, or opt out completely.
Project Selection: Select which projects you want to receive updates for.
Content Filters: Choose what you see in your digest:

Visis related to your company

How to Update Your Email Digest Preferences
Navigate to your Account Settings in Visibuild by selecting your initials icon in the top right corner.
Locate the Email digest section.
Adjust the frequency, projects, and content filters to match your preferences.
With these settings, you can tailor your Visibuild notifications to stay informed in a way that best suits your needs.
