Accessing Visis from the Location Page

  • On the left side of your screen, you’ll now see the Location Tree.

  • Click into any location (e.g., Early works > Retention Piling).

  • From here, you'll see a list of Visis (inspections, tasks, etc.) linked to that location.

  • Clicking on the Visi title in the location page opens up a full details page which has all relevant information for that Visi-

What You’ll Find in the Visi details page

1. Visi Tree View

  • The left panel shows a collapsible view of all related Visis.

  • You can easily jump between Visis without leaving the page.

2. Copy Link and Copy ID

  • At the top of the Visi Details page, you’ll find options to Copy Link (URL) and Copy Visi ID.

  • Handy for sharing direct links with your team or referencing specific Visis in reports. //link to sharing article//

3. More Actions

  • Export a Visi as PDF

  • Archive a Visi if no longer needed

4. Edit Visi

5. Checklist and Milestones

  • Complete checklist items from the Visi page itself.

  • Add Milestones directly with a Target Date.

6. Completing Inspections and Tasks

  • You can complete checklist items, upload attachments, and mark Visis as closed, all without leaving the page.

  • You can also expand the relevant task by clicking on the title of the task or hit the view details button below to dive deeper into the task page.

Opening Visis from the Inspection Tracker

You can also open this updated view directly from the Inspection Tracker:
