Visibuild makes it extremely easy to explore all of the photos and attachments added across your project.
Navigate to all project attachments
You can explore the gallery for your entire project by navigating to the attachments tab at the top of the project location tree. In this example, my project is called "Visi Place".
Once you're in the Attachments tab, you’ll see a complete view of all attachments relevant to the selected location in the location tree. From here, you can filter, sort, and search to quickly find exactly what you need - whether it’s a specific inspection photo, test result, or document.

When applying filters, keep in mind how stage and discipline relate to each attachment. This information is inherited from the Visi the attachment is linked to. Attachments can also be connected to a location in two ways:
Automatically through the Visi it’s linked to.
Manually, by linking the attachment directly to a location in the project.
🚀 New and Noteworthy
One of the latest enhancements in the Attachments experience is the ability to jump straight into a linked Visi. Simply hover over the Visi ID shown on an attachment and click - it’ll take you directly to the associated Visi, making navigation faster and more seamless than ever.
You can now rename the title and add a description to any attachment—making it easier to organise, identify, and search for the right files across your project. This is restricted to the user who uploaded the attachment.
Filter through attachments by drilling down
If you want to explore the gallery for a particular location, for example a level, a room or even for a specific concrete pour, you can do so by navigating to that location in the location tree.
The deeper you drill down, the more specific the photo gallery will become.
Troubleshooting
